As part of Hansgrohe‘s Axor line, Nendo chief designer Oki Sato conceives the Lamp Shower – a solid-brass and chrome finish shower-head devised with Axor’s Waterdream and integrated spherical light bulb. The Japanese powerhouse firm sought out to follow in Axor’s mandate of expanding living spaces into the bathroom, through the use of archetypal forms. The shape of the actual shower tubing draws from a classic lamp shade, extending this intention even further. The ethereal mix of light and water make for a fully immersive experience.
